Boa Esperança · South of Minas · Brazil
Family tradition, field knowledge and care at every stage connect Fazenda Serra Azul with buyers who value provenance and long-term relationships.

Our story
Fazenda Serra Azul began when João Marílio Ferreira Pacheco planted the family's first coffee fields in Boa Esperança, Minas Gerais.
In 1994, Henrique and Amauri Rezende Pacheco took over the farm's management. With a quality-driven vision, the estate became one of the region's pioneers in pulped natural coffee — a milestone that shaped its journey and continues to inspire its work in the field.
Quality, sustainability and longevity belong together.
From South of Minas to new markets
Every negotiation begins with the desired profile, volume and destination. Availability and specifications are confirmed for each crop and lot.
Serving roasters, coffee shops, specialty retailers, distributors and brands looking for origin coffee and direct relationships.
Conversations with importers, traders and roasters for green coffee supply, with samples and terms tailored to each project.
Profiles, processes and preparation assessed according to crop, availability and the buyer's sensory and commercial needs.
From field to lot
Quality is built through a sequence of decisions: harvest timing, processing, drying, storage and preparation. The goal is to preserve each lot's identity all the way to the buyer.
Monitoring maturation and carefully separating the raw material.
Choosing the post-harvest process according to the lot's characteristics and destination.
Patio routines focused on uniformity, timing and the coffee's condition.
Samples, specifications and commercial terms aligned with each buyer's project.
